IS IT SAFE TO SHOP FROM YOUR SITE?
There is nothing to worry about! We are shipping and operating as normal since we are an online based brand. Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of everyone in the The Leather Poufs community - our customers, our team and our partners. We constantly make sure that all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to. This is our top priority and we will be closely monitoring this situation for any updates to maintain appropriate policies.
Due to the high costs that our shipping couriers are charging to ship our Products, we have resorted to a different (slightly slower) shipping line to maintain a competitive, affordable price for our customers and also keep up supply with the surge in demand.
Shipping is at an all time high and is expected to keep increasing. BUT shipping for our customers will remain FREE and The Leather Poufs will absorb any sort of increase in shipping prices into our margins.
For transparency, it would cost an extra £16-£25 just to ship! The team at The Leather Poufs agreed that is WAY too much to be charging our customers!
Don't worry though, here is how shipping works and what to expect:
- You place your order.
- We process your order in 1-3 business days due to it's special nature.
- We ship your order and you receive a shipping confirmation.
- You will be able to track your order on DHL EXPRESS or on our website.
- Tracking information may be delayed due to the special DHL EXPRESS line we're using to maintain a low cost of shipping.
- If you are confused, have a question or want confirmation of your shipping. Reach out to us! We will give you a copy of the actual shipping label we used to ship your order out!

WHAT ABOUT THE DELIVERY OF MY PURCHASE, ANY DELAYS?
Our production-line for the most part is running on-time but there is a slight delay to shipments due to the global pandemic which affected even the international shipping network as cargo space in planes are very limited. So the package might lay at the airport 2-3 days (sometimes even longer) waiting for a plane.
The Leather Poufs only receives notice from shipping companies on a day-by-day basis, so please bare with us! Some orders that were expecting a 5 day delivery may expect a 7-10 day delivery instead.
We appreciate your understanding in these challenging times as delays are out of our control. Rest assured that the shipping companies are doing their very best to get your order to you ASAP, so kindly wait for your parcel to arrive. You can still track your order all the way until it reaches you.
We have implemented the following:
- Our warehouses and factories have screen systems in place to ensure employees are taking appropriate measures to maintain their health and safety.
- We will absorb the increased price of shipping that shipping companies are charging us. Customers do not have to pay for shipping.
SHIPPING TIME
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.
Please note these are only estimates, orders may arrive before or after the expected time frame. Because of the weight of our product (it's heavy) and shortage of cargo space, orders may take longer due to a delay with the courier service or a customs hold. If you have not received your order after the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can look into your order.
